The OCF On-Line Order Form has been specifically designed to be a safe, easy way to order publications from the Obsessive Compulsive Foundation.
To order an OCD-related publication electronically --

1. Jot down -- on a piece of paper -- the publication(s) [title, author, item number and price] of those items you want to order.
2. Press the ORDER PUBLICATIONS NOW button to get into the OC Order Form section.
3. Fill in all the spaces provided on the form. All of your desired publication information should be listed in the COMMENTS field box. (When tallying the total price, please add shipping/handling charges, if applicable.)
4. Press the SUBMIT button once. If successful, you will arrive at a "Thank You" web page in about 10 seconds. (If you make a mistake, you can use the RESET button to clear all entries, (or use your keyboard's BACKSPACE or DELETE key to selectively erase an errant entry.)
5. If you want, instead of electronically sending your order to the OCF, you can use your Browser's PRINT option to make a hardcopy of your completed order. Then you can FAX, PHONE or MAIL your order to: OCF, 676 State Street, New Haven, CT 06511, 203:401-2070 (phone), 203:401-2076 (fax)
