The OCF On-Line Order Form has been specifically designed to be a safe, easy way to order a membership subscription (or other monetary transaction) from the Obsessive Compulsive Foundation.

With it, you can --

1. Become a new OCF member.
2. Renew your current OCF membership.

To become a new or renewed member electronically --

1. Fill in all the spaces provided on the form, and press the SUBMIT button once. If successful, you will arrive at a "Thank You" web page in about 10 seconds. (If you make a mistake, you can use the RESET button to clear all entries, or use your keyboard's BACKSPACE or DELETE key to selectively erase an errant entry.)

To become a new or renewed member using the form, and the U.S. Mail --

1. Fill in all the spaces provided on the form.

2. Use your mouse to go into your Browser's Main Menu. Select the PRINT option. (This will print your form out on your printer.)

3. Put the newly-created printed order form in a postal envelope ... and mail to:
