AAA Nebraska's
"Take It With You Sweepstakes"
April 12, 1999 through May 24, 1999
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE REQUIRED

1. Timing: The AAA's Take It With You Sweepstakes (the "Event") begins on the Internet, specifically AAA Nebraska's "Shopping Connection" Web Site, at 9:00 am (Eastern Time) on April 12, 1999 and ends at 5:00 pm (Eastern Time) on May 24, 1999.

2. Prize: There will be one prize (the "Grand Prize," "Prize") awarded to the winner, specifically a fully-loaded Compaq Presario 1920 Laptop Computer. Intended hardware features for this Prize include: Intel Pentium 300 MHz multimedia computer with 64 MB RAM, internal hard drive, DVD-ROM Drive and internal 56K Modem. Intended software pre-loaded on this Prize will include Microsoft Money 99, Microsoft Windows 98, Microsoft Word 97, and Microsoft Works 4.5. Batnet reserves the right to substitute specific features on the Prize with features of equal or greater value depending upon current market availability. The total retail value of this prize will not exceed $3,000.00.

Delivery method will be announced when this prize is awarded. The Winner will be notified via e-mail and/or by postal mail. Unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Odds of winning depends on the number of valid entries received.

3. How To Participate: Members of the Automobile Association Of America Of Nebraska ("AAA Nebraska") must be enrolled as a "AAA Shopping Connection" member to enter on-line. To do this, they must go to the AAA Nebraska Web Site at http://www.aaanebraska.com ... find and click on the "Shopping Connection" button and provide their e-mail address and a user password for entry purposes. Once inside the "Shopping Connection" application, a service provided by Batnet (the "Contest Originator"), they will be able to access the Sweepstakes section. To enter the actual Sweepstakes the entrant must fully complete, and submit, the on-line Sweepstakes Entry Form. The Entry Form will ask for the Entrant's E-Mail Address, Name, Address, Daytime Phone and membership in the AAA Nebraska and/or the "Shopping Connection." Use of automated entry methods, such as computerized macros and programs, are strictly prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per day, per Entrant. ("Day" being defined from midnight to midnight, Eastern Time.) To prevent fraud, all Entrants must use the same e-mail address that he or she has pre-registered as a "Shopping Connection" member; if another e-mail address is used instead of the Shopping Connection e-mail address, and if that person is selected as Winner, he or she will automatically forfeit the Prize.

As a second way of entering, a AAA Nebraska member who is not an enrolled member of the AAA Nebraska "Shopping Connection" may enter in-person by visiting the "Shopping Connection" booth at the upcoming 3rd. Annual "Show Your Card & Save" (R) Consumer Show, to be held in Lincoln Nebraska on May 22, 1999 and Omaha Nebraska on May 23, 1999. Someone from "Shopping Connections" will help these participants enter the Sweepstakes.

As a third way of entering, Entrants may enter off-line provided that they do not have Internet access and are legal residents in the state of Nebraska. To enter off-line: on a U.S. Postcard the entrant will hand print his or her full name, complete postal address, area code and daytime phone number, e-mail address (if any), and the words, "I am at least 18 years of age and a legal resident in the state of Nebraska." Postcards should be sent to: "AAA Nebraska's Take It With You Sweepstakes" c/o Virtually Yours. Off-line entrants may send no more than one Postcard per day, and all Postcards must be postmarked no later than May 24, 1999, and arrive at Virtually Yours (tm) ("Contest Headquarters," "Contest Administrator") no later than May 26, 1999. No mechanical reproductions are allowed.

Entrants can either enter on-line or off-line using a Postcard, but not both ways.

If multiple entries are submitted on the same day, only the first entry received each day will be counted as a valid entry.

The Winner will be selected by a random drawing from all valid entries on or about 6/7/99.

4. Eligibility:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER AND WIN.
Entrants must be legal residents of Nebraska, U.S.A. Entrants must be 18 years old, or older to enter. On-Line Entrants must use their "Shopping Connection" e-mail address to enter. (See previous section.) Limit one (1) entry per Entrant, per day (as also defined above). Fraudulent entries (as also defined in previous conditions), automated entry methods and deliberate means to influence this random Drawing will be disqualified, and subject to possible legal prosecution, as determined by the sole judgment of Batnet and/or Virtually Yours ("the Sweepstakes Administrator").

Employees, immediate family members of employees, promotional participants, sponsors, independent contractors, and any affiliated companies or advertising agencies of Batnet and Virtually Yours are prohibited from entering this Sweepstakes.

5. Conditions: The AAA, Batnet, and Virtually Yours are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries (both on-line and off-line) or for errors, omissions, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entrants' entries. No substitution, refund or transfer of Prize permitted, although the Sweepstakes Originator reserves the right to make cash substitutions. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Decisions of the judges are final. Entries are void if not completed in full. The Contest Originator and/or The Contest Administrator reserve the right to verify the qualifications of the Winner. Entries which do not conform to the Rules will be disqualified. Event void where prohibited. The Contest Administrator reserves the right to require the Winner to sign and return an eligibility affidavit and publicity/liability release within 21 days of notification. Failure of the Winner to do so will result in forfeiture of Prize, and the possible selection of a substitute Winner. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of Prize after receipt by Sweepstakes Administrator of fully-completed affidavit and release. All entries become the property of the Contest Originator and the Contest Administrator. Submission of entry constitutes permission to display the Winner's name, city and state within the "Shopping Connection" Web Site and/or in any other media for advertising this or similar promotions without further payment or permission. All entries in this Sweepstakes gives the AAA and Batnet permission to use those Entrant's names, e-mail addresses, and addresses for use in advertising, via e-mail, telemarketing, and/or direct mail, similar Sweepstakes, promotional and shopping-related events in Batnet's Shopping Connection applications.

7. List Of Prize Winners: a. The Name/City/State of the Prize Winner will be announced on the AAA Nebraska's "Shopping Connection" Web Site sometime after July 9, 1999.

b. For the name of the Prize Winner, send an e-mail to bn0001_3@viryours.com. Mention "AAA Nebraska Sweepstakes Winner's List.") Alternately, you may send a separate self-addressed stamped envelope to: Virtually Yours. All requests for the Winner List must arrive no earlier than July 9, 1999 and no later than August 9, 1999. Please allow 3-4 weeks for reply.
